Our History

Our journey began with the dreams of our founder, Morgan Kane, a visionary with a passion for both gaming and entrepreneurship. While successfully building companies across various industries, Morgan never let go of his dream to create a game that truly challenges players.

After years of refining his vision and initial tests starting in 2013, he decided in 2023 to fully commit to this dream, forming Marauder Tech with a clear mission in mind.

What started with just one artist and one developer soon blossomed into a thriving team of over 20 dedicated professionals, each bringing their unique talents to the table. With support from specialized agencies handling everything from legal affairs to community engagement, we’ve built Marauder Tech into a company that’s as dynamic and diverse as the games we aspire to create.

Morgan

Owner & Visionary

When dreams of becoming a superhero didn’t work out, Morgan Kane pursued the next best thing: The NFL. Honing his skills as a team player and a strategic thinker, Morgan began a new career making waves in unexpected places. A successful entrepreneur within the medical field and autoglass industry, game development is a logical successor to this illogical pattern. Price of Glory is the product of Morgan’s persistent passion and business expertise.

Joel

Chief Product Officer

Joel Balyeat is no stranger to strategy. A former member of the US Army Special Forces, Joel proved his capacity for critical thinking and guerilla tactics during his time in the Military. Following his decade-long commitment to his country, Joel pursued a Master’s in Game Design to turn his lifelong interest in games into a career. Following his most recent role as a Senior Producer for Activision’s Call of Duty franchise, Joel serves as the Chief Product Officer at Marauder Tech Games.

Tony

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Hendrix, the COO of Marauder Tech Games, has an impressive career spanning film, technology, and leadership. His journey began with work on major motion pictures in LA before transitioning to strategic roles at FedEx. Additionally, he spent several years teaching 3D modeling and animation and working on indie game projects. At Marauder Tech, Hendrix plays a crucial role in aligning the right talent and tools to achieve the company’s vision. Outside of his professional endeavors, he may be found on the trails as a mountain biker and ultra-runner.
